DRUMROLL PLEASE.....

The Carnival was EPIC!!!  We had a blast and we hope that you did too!  Everyone who helped out was Amazing and organized.  We couldn't be happier with how it went.  Pictures will be coming soon, so stay tuned.  We were so fortunate to have such a lovely array of arts & crafts and homemade items that we almost didn't have enough space for it all.  We do have some of the great items left over and we'll be posting them on our blog and on facebook in case some of you out there want to get some of the fabulous items for yourself! I just want to give a special thanks to our Parents: Roger & Irene Lyman and Jim & Cecily Stott and our families and to all of those who helped us out in forming a committee to get everything accomplished: My mom, Liz & Jill my fabulous sis-in laws, Jodi, Amber, Adina, Laurie, Dawn and Julie some of my selfless family and friends who were integral parts in making this happen!  Thank you!
Also, we'd like to thank" my "carnie" cousin, Star for flying out especially for this, and bringing several games like cross bow and the rubber band guns :)  She also painted the cute sign above. Tony Tan for DJ-ing and being our Fantastic Auctioneer- he hires out, we highly recommend him for parties and future events! Jeff Hartup for working with Laurie and Adina in getting all the signs and banners for our event, they were perfect!  The many people who helped work the stations: Sandy & Bradley, Will & Jessica, Adina, Jill, Jason & Jodi, Jamie, Brandee & Carrie, Taylor, Nathan, Ashton, Nate, Star, and Hannah & Ann- you made dreams come true yesterday!  Lastly, We just want to thank everyone who donated goods, services, time and support in any capacity~ without which we wouldn't have had such a successful time.
Some of our favorite moments:
** Watching "older" men and women spend ticket after ticket trying to throw and ring around a certain mason jar to win a live Goldfish~ and being compared to the 5 yr olds who got it on the first try :)
** The kids laughing and running around playing games like they were going out of style
** The talented face painters painting whole face butterflies and cute flowers and dinosaurs on everyone
** Seeing women hover around the silent auction item they wanted adding new bids to ensure they got the last and highest bid before it closed.
** Listening and participating in the Live auction and watching the Cowley's in a bidding war with Bethany among other couples- good times :)
There were several more- I'll have to write them out and post them soon- it was such a blast watching everyone interact and have a great time!
We were asked many times yesterday and today what the total profit from the carnival was-drum roll Please: $ 6,329!!  AWESOME!  That now puts our GRAND TOTAL at: $13,580!  WOO HOO!  We feel humbled, so blessed and honored to have you all so invested in helping our "miracle in the making" come true.
We love you so much and are happy to have the fundraiser finished so that we can now focus on "calming" down so that as we start injections....clarification, as I start injections, my body will relax and start making babies :)
Friday is the "suppression" ultrasound to see if the Birth Control did its job in "suppressing" my hormones and then the next day, Cinco de Mayo, I'll be starting injections and regular bi-weekly+ visits to the doctors.  Coincidentally, Friday is also when our major payment of $10,000  is due and we are happy to announce that we can confidently make the payment- all because of your love and support~We can't thank you enough.
