and, you're a farmer, no biggie. I would farm (food only) with joy. but, um, no land... still, my garden is like a rainforest, so there.
also, you're thai dish looked .. well, yellow. but very impressive, brie! only made more so by the fancy glassware (i do believe I saw a mason jar in the picture, full of some very whole-looking milk). Good job brie. That recipe sounds delicious.
