it's pretty exciting. also, our flowers are blooming and i feel that my morning chats with our "foxgloves, rhododendron aka Rhody and petunias" really enhance their day and growth speed...
here are some pictures that will recap the last month:
camping in gifford-pichot national forest...which means we meant to camp 45 mins east of Vancouver, but kept driving and driving and driving till we found a deserted spot on the side of this mountain. it was fabulous, as were our meals. we eat so good camping. russ and the small tree stump-(sounds like the name of a book), yummy pancakes by moi, tin foil dinners that made our night complete and russ enjoying the yumminess.
Saturday's Market downtown portland, taking the max into town, with our elephant ear 3/4 eaten on the waterfront...you never forget how greasy and delicious those are, the "doggie dash" the dog was doing some wicked tricks and last but not least, local ice cream guy which i hope to also be my summer employment.
